LOUIS SANCLEMENTE Peacefully at home with family present, Louis Sanclemente passed away on September 20, 2004 at the age of 94 years. He was predeceased by his wife Irene; his parents; and his brothers and sisters. He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Victor and his wife Suzanne; Walter and his wife Maureen; Rosemarie and her husband George; Albert and his wife Sonia; Wayne and his wife Faye; Ladonna; and Ken. He is fondly remembered by his eleven grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be greatly missed by granddaughter Sandy Neinhaus, who was his primary caregiver. Our sincere thanks to Sandy and all who supported her with care, compassion and love. Sincere thanks to Dr. Peter Krugle for his wonderful care; and to Selkirk Homecare Wound Care Nurse; and the Homecare coordinator. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 24 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., officiated by Fr. Isadore Dziadyk. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the charity of your choice. Almost eight years ago, Not quite to the day I made my Gramma a promise, that will end today. Although I would continue, And do my very best. My Grampa took his journey, and lies peacefully at rest. Please dont think I failed her His love for her was true Because I loved them both so much, There was one more thing to do. I gave him my blessing and sent him on his way. I told him not to worry, In time Ill be okay. The two that I have loved the most are happy to be one. I really think I did my best I know theyre having fun!
