REV. JAKOB WIEBE Peacefully at his home, on Tuesday, September 21, 2004 at the age of 84 years, beloved husband of Anna. Predeceased by one great-grandson Quinlan. Jakob leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 62 years, Anna; his children, Alfred (Willy), Gerhard (Lois), Ted (Carol), Ernie (Lynette), Jakob (Shirley), John (Toni), Annegret Layer (Rob), Carl (Lois) as well as 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; one brother Alfred (Lena) in Germany; one sister-in-law Maria Epp; one brother-in-law Otto Klassen; and many nieces and nephews and friends. A Celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, September 25 at 10:00 a.m. at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1131 Roch St., with viewing prior to the service Pastor Albert Durksen officiating. Interment will follow in Mennonite Memorial Gardens, 61 Linacre Rd.
