MARIE DIANE YVONNE SUMMERS (nee ST. ONGE) Peacefully, September 24, 2004, Diane Summers passed away after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the Pinawa Hospital, at the age of 47, with her family at her side. She goes to be reunited in heaven with her mother and father, Roger and Alice St. Onge; her brother Albert (Bert) and nephew Kelly St. Onge; where she can continue to do all her artwork and play with all her flowers that she loved so much. She will be forever remembered and loved by her husband Bill and children, Ken (Winnipeg), Annette Duxbury (Tad) of Calgary, Ray of Calgary and grandson Brandon Duxbury of Calgary. Stepchildren, Will Summers (Michelle), Tammy Summers (Mike), Step-grandchildren, Joseph, Carissa, Samantha, Seth, Ethan. She also leaves behind her loving sisters, Yvonne, Cecile (Keith Lowry), Louise (Louie Hogue), Jeannine (Gilbert Landreville) and Dolores (Terry Neplyk) her loving brothers, Rene (Denise), Robert of Leduc, AB, Ben (Diane), George (Joy), Leon (Rose), and Antoine (Faye) of Calgary; and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and all close friends and neighbours. The family would like to thank all the Doctors and Staff at Pinawa Hospital where Diane spent her last while, for all that they have done to make her family comfortable. A Celebration of Dianes life will be held on Wednesday, September 29 at 2:00 p.m. in Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy #1 E. at Navin Road. Interment will follow in Green Acres Cemetery.
