LAUREEN GRACE RIDDOLLS Peacefully on Saturday, September 25, 2004, Laureen Grace Riddolls passed away. She was predeceased by her mother, Nina; father, Thomas; three brothers, Earl, Gordon and Harold; and one sister, Evelyn. She is survived by her brother Stan (Liz) of Kelowna; sister-in-law Muriel; and numerous nieces and nephews. Laureen was born on June 17, 1911. She worked in the office of John Deere for over 20 years. She was an active member of the St. Martin In the Fields Anglican Church, where she sang in the church choir for many years. Laureen spent her life caring for her family. She loved to knit and crochet and donated her crafts to the church and the needy. She loved to laugh. Laureen had a great love for animals and had many cats and dogs. The family would like to thank the doctors and staff of Concordia Hospital for their care and compassion. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 1, 2004 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3.
