Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET "PEGGY" LILLIAN SANDERS Margaret "Peggy" Lillian, passed away September 29, 2004 at Dinsdale Personal Care Home, Brandon where she has resided since 1997. Mom was born in Winnipeg on March 19, 1916 to John and Margaret Black. She moved to Souris with her parents as a young child. Mom moved to Brandon in 1943. She raised her family on the 700 block of 13th Street and continued to reside there for 54 years. Mom was involved in many different activities over the years and volunteered for many different organizations. She retired from Brandon University in 1981. Mom was predeceased by her parents; her brother Ken Black; her sister Doreen Fleming; and son-in-law Jerry Kulbaba. She is much loved and remembered by her children: Joan (Don) Lee of Brandon, June Kulbaba of Winnipeg, Allan (Judy) Sanders of Surrey, BC, Brad (Dawn) Sanders of Delta, BC, and Lorraine (Mark) Griffith of Rounthwaite. She also leaves to mourn ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren: Kelly (Shari) Lee, Kayla and Shaun of Killarney, Barry Lee of Brandon, Karen (Nico) Velthuys and Jorden of Winnipeg, Connie (Shawn) Clarke, Sarah and Alex of Calgary, Theresa (Steve) Taylor, Alysha of Shawnigan Lake, BC, Jeffrey, Brian and Tyler Griffith of Rounthwaite, Ryley and Terran Sanders of Delta, BC. Mom is also remembered by long time friend Frank Clifford. A memorial service will be held at Dinsdale Personal Care Home, 510-6th Street, on Monday, October 4 at 2:00 p.m. A private interment will take place at the Glenwood Souris Cemetery, Souris, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Peggy may be made to Dinsdale Personal Care Home, 510-6th St., Brandon, MB, R7A 3N9. Messages of condolence may be placed at www.brockiedonovan.com.
