Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARITY ELIZABETH ANNE VEROBA February 9, 1923 - October 2, 2004 Passed away on October 2, 2004 after a courageous battle with cancer. Left to mourn her passing are her children, David, Josie, Vera, Shirley, Mike and John, along with their spouses. She will also be remembered by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Anne came to Canada after the Second World War as a war bride, making Winnipeg her home. Anne had a strong spirit and will be fondly remembered by all. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 9 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. A reception will follow.
