Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM ROBERT FRASER Bob Fraser, dear husband of Hilda, passed away on Monday, October 4, 2004 at the age of 86. Bob was born in Halifax, and raised in Winnipeg, where he grew to love all sports, especially the years he played and excelled at hockey. After serving eight years in the Canadian Armed Forces, Bob moved to Calgary and worked in the oil and gas industry for over 33 years, retiring from Gulf Oil in 1982. Besides his wife of 55 years, Bob is survived by his daughters, Helen, Cheryl (Ian) and Sharon (Lyle) his grandchildren, Daniel, Nathan and Stephanie; a sister Kay OToole of Winnipeg; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Delia; and sisters, Helen, Theresa and Margaret. "Buzzy", as he was known to family and friends, will be fondly remembered for his kindness, generosity, and great sense of humour. Memorial services will be held at the Calgary Crematorium Funeral Chapel in Queens Park Cemetery, 3219 - 4 St. N.W. on Tuesday, October 12 at 1:00 p.m. If so desired, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 2nd Floor 215 - 12 Ave. S.E., Calgary, AB T2G 1A2.
