ESTHER LOREEN MAGNUSSON (PROUTEN) October 5, 1921 - October 7, 2004 Peacefully, on October 7, 2004 at Concordia Hospital, Mom passed away after a lengthy illness at the age of 83. Mom, Nana, Amma Mag will forever be lovingly remembered by her family, son Jerry (Joyce), grandchildren, Kimberley (Gary), Susan (Ross), Todd (Jan) great-grandchildren, Justin, Nicola, and Jackson; daughter Carol (Bob), grandchildren, Robin (Graham), Thor (Chris), Erickur (Jamey), great-grandchildren, Tori, Tana, Ericka and Aiden; stepdaughter Marlene Hourd, grandchildren, Loreen (Phil), Dale (Helgi), Crystal, Donna (Ragnar) and children; sister Mable Lennox (Bill) and sister-in-law Lauga Magnusson. She was predeceased by her husband Johann (Joe) sisters, Mary and Edith. Mom worked at Eatons for over 20 years. She loved to bowl and play bingo with her friends. Mom was a very caring and loving person who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially playing with her great-grandchildren. We all loved and cherished Mom and will miss her deeply. Funeral service will take place on Saturday, October 9 at 10:30 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 East at Navin Road. Interment to follow in Green Acres Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Moms memory to a charity of your choice. "Gotha Nott Elskan" We love you.
