HARRY MONCHUK In peace, Harry, our beloved dad, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed on Wednesday, October 6, 2004, at the age of 87. Harry is survived by his son Ken (Irene) granddaughter Lisa (Conan) grandson Christopher (Renee) great-grandchildren, Matthew, Makayla and Mya. He was predeceased by his wife Nellie; his sister Millie and brothers, John, Steve and Bill. Retired from Moore Business Forms, Dad had a gift for carpentry, always lending a hand and providing sound advice in every area of construction. Well miss his quiet reassuring presence, his fiesty opinions, and his sense of humour (joking of "living the life of Riley"). Dads tough exterior could not mask his generous, gentle heart and he lived for his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He never stopped doing for others, giving of himself, and never visited empty-handed or without a pocketful of treats for the family dog. Sincere thanks to the staff at Concordia Hospital for their compassionate care. In keeping with his wishes, Dad will be cremated with a private family service to follow. Flowers are gratefully declined. God bless you, Dad (Gigi). There are not words enough, nor too many thank-yous for all you were and are to us....forever in our hearts....
