JOHAN PETER MYLNA (PEDDA) March 2, 1918 - October 6, 2004 After a long battle with cancer, Peter finally succumbed to his illness in Hanstholm, Denmark, his home for the last few years. Peter was born in Eidi, Faroe Islands. He spent most of his life as a sea fisherman. He spent many happy weeks visiting his daughter and son-in-law Anna and Allan Fifer and family in Winnipeg. You try to tell a man that has fished the Grand Banks off Newfoundland, Iceland, Greenland and Norway, that Lake Winnipeg is NOT the sea, he would say "Get Lost". To all my friends in Canada, I would like to say thank you for making me welcome. From Peters family, we would like to say thank you for being a great father, husband, grandfather and great-grandfather. An inspiration to us all. God Bless you Pedda
