PARAMJIT (PAUL) GILL July 28,1967 - October 9, 2004 After a courageous battle with cancer, it is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Paramjit S. Gill on October 9, 2004 at St. Boniface Hospital. Remaining to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 12 years, Ravinder K. Gill; daughter, Sonia Gill; sons, Amit and Arjun Gill; mother Gurdev K. Gill; brothers, Amarjit S. Gill (Amarjit K. Gill), Jit Gill (Jagdev Gill), Pritam Gill (Binder Gill), and Sukjit Gill (Manpreet Gill) sisters, Amrit Dhaliwal (Raghvir Dhaliwal) and Harpal Gill (Bindi Sandhu), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his father, Nachatter S. Gill. Paramjit was born in India, but immigrated to Canada at an early age. As a young adult, he developed a keen interest in bodybuilding which contributed to his undeniable dedication, discipline, and drive as a businessman. Successful both in his entrepreneurial career and family life, he will be greatly missed by friends and family. The family would like to thank all friends and relatives who offered their support during Paramjits last months. In addition, the family wishes to thank the doctors and nurses of St. Boniface Hospital for their care and compassion. The funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 17, at 2:30 p.m. at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home and will be followed by a Bhog service at the Sikh Society of Manitoba on Mollard Road.
