KENNETH JOSEPH GANCZAR On October 12, 2004, Ken (formerly of Sifton, MB) passed away suddenly. Ken is survived by his wife Betty; children, Grant (Nancy) and Brad (Lisa) parents, Rose and Tom Dudar of Edmonton; brother Ron (Terri) sister Margie (Bill) several nieces and nephews; mother-in-law Helen Smendziuk; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. He was predeceased by his father Joe in 1962 and his brother-in-law Edward Smendziuk in 1984. Ken was born in Dauphin, MB and raised in Sifton, MB. He was a graduate of the University of Manitoba. He had been employed by Seagrams, Stow Seed Processors and Agricore United. He was a loving father, husband and was loved by his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him. He was a larger than life individual who enjoyed the outdoors, cooking with Betty and spending time with his family. Ken will always be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour. A celebration of Kenneths life will be held on Saturday, October 16 at 9:30 a.m. at St. Ignatius Church at the corner of Stafford and Corydon, celebrant will be Rev. Brian Massie.
