CHRISTOPHER "COLE" PLASESKI Peacefully, after a courageous battle with leukemia, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Cole on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at the Health Sciences Centre on the GD6 Ward at the age of 21 years of Oakbank, MB. Remaining to forever cherish Coles memory are his parents, Chris and Cheryl; sister Caylie; brother Cody; grandparents Roy and Lorna Greer and Joe and Minnie Plaseski as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Cole loved to meet new people and make friends. He loved to skateboard, snowboard, fish, camp and play his guitar. Cole was looking forward to photography classes and building a cabin with his family. On Tuesday, October 19 at 1:00 p.m. Coles funeral service will be held in the Sturgeon Creek United Church, 207 Thompson Drive with Rev. Dawn Ballantine-Dickson officiating. Our family wishes to offer our special thanks to Dr. M. Seftel, CancerCare and Health Sciences Centre, GD6 ward team, nurses, staff and BMT team. As an expression of sympathy, donations maybe made in Coles memory to a charity of ones choice. In tears we saw you sinking, We watched you fade away, You suffered much in silence, You fought so hard to stay. You faced your task with courage, Your spirit did not bend But still you kept on fighting Until the very end. God saw you getting tired When a cure was not to be, So He put His arms around you, An whispered, "Come with me". So when we saw you sleeping So peaceful, free from pain, We could not wish you back To suffer that again. "Always remembered, always cherished, forever and always. Each memory a part of us, a part of you, never to be lost". WOJCIKS ALL BELIEFS & FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
