JOSEPH LeROY (ROY) FULSHER November 2, 1918 - October 14, 2004 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph LeRoy (Roy) Fulsher. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 17, at 2:00 p.m., at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Private family interment at at later date. Flowers gratefully declined.
