MARTIN KIENETZ July 31, 1973 - October 13, 2004 It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden, unexpected death of our dear son in Edmonton, AB. Martin was born in Hamburg, Germany, but came to Canada with his parents in November 1974. He attended school in The Pas and Winnipeg where he graduated from Kelvin Collegiate. He subsequently went on to university but interrupted his studies to spend several years working at various jobs in Winnipeg, Vancouver and one year in Europe. In 1999, Martin returned to college and at the time of his death had completed his M.A. thesis in biochemistry at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. Martin leaves to mourn his parents, Ruth and Alvin Kienetz; his sister Helen; brother Peter; and his uncle Alfred Kienetz; as well as other relatives in Winnipeg and in Germany. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 20 at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Ave., Aubrey Street entrance, with Pastor Heimo Bachmeyer officiating. NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
