MIROSLAWA BARANOWSKI Peacefully on October 19, 2004, Miroslawa passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 81 years. Miroslawa is survived by daughter Lucy; sons, William (Donna), Bill, Joseph (Mary) and Raymond; grandchildren, Tommy, Joanne (Frank), Richard, Kimberley (Gregorio), Christopher, Eric, Michelle; great-grandchildren, Isabella and Victor; sister Alfrida; brother Leonard and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jan in 1975 and her parents Jan and Marcelina; brother Alex and sister Wanda. Miroslawa was born in Danilowka, Wolyn, Poland on January 6, 1923. She came to Canada in 1964 with her family. She worked at the Fort Garry Hotel for many years. After retirement she spent time with her family. Prayers will be said on Thursday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. with an Oblate Father officiating. Interment to follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Miroslawas memory to the Holy Ghost Church. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
