MARY SHEILDS BLANKSTEIN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother, Mae Blankstein on October 4, 2004 in Sechelt, BC. Mae was predeceased by her husband Laurence; her brother Robert; and her son Douglas. She leaves to mourn her daughter Laurie Lesko and husband Barry; as well as her grandsons, David (Cathy) and Jason (Kim) and great-grandchildren, Emma and Blake. Mae was a lifelong member of the Order of the Eastern Star as well as the Royal Canadian Legion. The family wishes to thank Dr. Tara Pigott for her wonderful care and concern. We would also like to thank the staff at both Totem Lodge and Shorncliffe Garden View for the marvelous care she received. There will be no service at her request.
