Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryKEN B. FREDERICKSON With sadness we announce the passing of Ken in hospital in Toronto on October 15, 2004. Ken was born in Winnipeg January 17, 1945, attended school here and moved to Toronto in the early 70s. He was predeceased by his parents, Margaret and Marno. He is survived by his wife Ann; his children, Bronwyn Lewis (Owen), Signy, Eric and Ryan; and his grandson Spencer; his sister Carol Stifora; his brother George (Carol) nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. A memorial service was held in Toronto on October 22, 2004.
