Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY LAWSON BROWN (nee BULLOCH) Suddenly, on October 30, 2004, Mary passed away at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was born, raised, and lived her entire life in Winnipeg except for summers which she spent at Brereton Lake. She was predeceased by her son Jack; her husband Bill; and brothers, Jim and Gary. She will be sadly missed by her daughter Janet Bake (Doug), Bill Brown (Debby) grandchildren, Erin, Kyle, Megan, and Kevin; her sister Chris; sisters-in-law, Fran and Florence; and many nieces and nephews. Mary loved people and devoted her life to her family, friends, neighbours, and her church unit at Harrow United Church. For many years she enjoyed working at the Winnipeg Winter Club, and once retired, she always looked forward to her bridge games with her many friends. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 3, at 2:00 p.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. Interment of the cremated remains will take place at a later date at the Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald St., Suite 200, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
