ROBERT McKAY Peacefully, on October 25, 2004, he went on to join his daughters, Dora and Laura; and his wife Sarah Jane in paradise. He was also predeceased by granddaughter Marla LaQuette; parents, George Edmond and Marie Louise McKay; brothers, William, Vincent, Angus, Joe, Chris; and sister Virginia. He leaves to mourn his daughter Dorothy; and many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Henry, George Napoleon and Rene; and sisters, Stella and Jacinta; and numerous nieces, nephews and relatives. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, October 26 and Wednesday, October 27 at 7:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr Street with a wake to follow until 12:00 p.m. midnight. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 28 at 1:00 p.m., also at the chapel, with Fr. Robert Bernardin officiating. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery.
