DAN KENNETH BJORNSON 1971 - 2004 Taken too soon was our much loved son, brother, uncle and friend, Dan, "Tough Guy", on Wednesday, October 27, 2004. Predeceased by his father, Bernie, Dan is survived by a very large and loving immediate and extended family, his mother, Blythe, along with Laurie Bjornson and Shane Smith (Megan and Rich Sloik, Karina), Cal and Debbie Bjornson (Tyler and Christy), Kerry and John Noton (Reid and Blake), Dawn and Al Armstrong (Cam and Blythe), Marnie Bjornson and Simon Cheesman, Dayle Bjornson (Jace and Jaxon), Erik and Lynne Bjornson (Lianne, Rachelle and Shane). Dan was employed at Shaw Cable as a senior support technician. His interests included computers, cameras and his love of the outdoors. Dan spent his happiest times at Luther Village with his actual and his "Village" families. His most gratifying activity was the countless hours spent with the multitude of people he loved, family and friends. His generosity with his time, his expertise, his humour, his brute strength and most importantly his compassion for anyone who needed him is what will keep Dan close in our hearts forever. The family invites anyone able, to join us in celebrating Dans life at Faith Lutheran Church, 1311 Dakota St., on Monday, November 1, at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, Dans choice of charities would be Luther Village Camp, 560 Arlington St., Winnipeg, MB R3G 1Z5 or any childrens charity.
