LIONEL MORIN June 9, 1920 - October 28, 2004 Peacefully on October 28, 2004 Lionel passed away at the age of 84 years. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Henriette of 57 years, his children, Nicole and Claudette (Ken) his special granddaughter Lisa (Andy) his two precious great-grandsons, Nikolas and Dominic; his sister Anne-Marie (Robert) Gosselin; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. He was predeceased by his only son Jean-Marc in 1985. Dad retired from McMillan & Bloedel after 38 years of service. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and travelling. Dads most memorable trip was the one to Australia with his wife and daughter which they spent 8 weeks travelling the outbacks. Most of all he was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, always putting his family first. He leaves his family many happy memories to hold dear. We would like to thank Dr. K. Coates and the staff on the 6th floor at St. Boniface Hospital for their compassion and care. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin Rd., with viewing one half hour prior to service. Interment to be held at a later date in Green Acres Cemetery.
