Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONALD "DONNIE" TYO It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Donald Tyo of Winnipeg, MB on October 30, 2004 at the age of 56 years. Donnie leaves to cherish his memories forever, his wife Pauline Traverse; sons, Kelvin (Sherry), Donnie Jr. (Miranda), Richard (Angie) and Dennis; grandchildren, Nicole, Kaden, Jadin, Phoenix, Blaze and Paige; brother and sisters, Violet McLaughlin (Glen), Linda Tyo, Joanne Tyo, Patricia Tyo, Lenora Tyo (Phil), William Steinford (Penny), all of Kingston, ON, and Christine Desrosiers (Jerry) of Richmond, QC; brother-in-law, Louis Traverse; sister-in-law Maggie Sinclair; special nephews, Eugene, Robert, Gordon, Clayton and Robert (Cowoo) special nieces, Patricia and Karen; also many other relatives and friends. Donnie was predeceased by his parents, Francis Joseph and Mary Tyo. Donnie was born and raised in Kingston, ON, and moved to Winnipeg in the late 1960s. In 1972, he met Pauline and they began their loving relationship, raising four boys together. He was a very hard worker, doing many jobs, such as carpentry, concrete foundations and road maintenance. Donnie enjoyed singing and loved to be with his grandchildren. He will always be loved and remembered. Prayer service will be held on Wednesday, November 3 from 6:30 - 10:00 p.m., at the Bread of Life Ministries, 1338 Main St., Winnipeg. Wake services will be held on Thursday, November 4 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, November 5 at 1:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Lake St. Martin Pentecostal Church, Lake St. Martin, MB, with Pastor Alex Marsden officiating.
