ELAINE RITA BULAWKA (nee HORNSBY) Peacefully on Monday, November 1, 2004 at the Concordia Hospital. Elaine is survived by her loving husband Paul, who never left her side during her last days of life. She will be sadly missed by daughter Corinne (Kelly) sons, Bob (Michele), Trevor, Paul Jr. (Lea-Jay) grandchildren, Jennifer (Derek), Jason, Michael (Saundra), little Kaitlin; and great-grandchildren, Cody, Alysha Kiara, Makenna and Ashton. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Dorothy Hornsby. Elaine was born October 6, 1940 in Roblin, MB. She will be lovingly remembered, cherished and missed by her family and numerous friends. Elaine was a very active volunteer at the Isaac Brock Community Centre. She enjoyed entertaining her family and friends at the family cottage at Lake Shore Heights. Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 4 between 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Thomson "In the Park". Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 6 at 4:00 p.m. at Thomson "In the Park", 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Elaines memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 109-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and all the staff at the Concordia Hospital for their kindness and care.
