DENNIS ROBERT FURNESS Dennis Robert Furness died peacefully at the Penticton Regional Hospital on Saturday, October 30, 2004. Predeceased, this past May by his loving wife Anne. Surviving are his loving family, son Grant (Lollie) and grandchildren, Kelly and Andrew, all of Penticton. He was born December 9, 1923 in Winnipeg, MB and worked in southern Manitoba until his retirement in 1985. He retired to British Columbia, living in Victoria, Kamloops and Penticton, for the past 12 years. He was passionate about golf, and a member of the Penticton Golf & Country Club. No service by request. Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. The family would like to thank Dr. Jeff Harries, Susan Cooper, David Cleveland and Bryan Tighe, and the staff of Penticton Hospital for all their care and attention over the last several years.
