Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCASMER MISCAVISH It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Casmer Miscavish on Friday, October 29, 2004, at the age of 79 years. Dad was greeted at the gates of Heaven by his parents, John and Genevieve; sisters, Margaret and Vera; brothers, Harold, Bill and Jack. Remaining to cherish his memory are his loving wife Opal; children, Sheryl (Garry), Rick (Elaine), Patricia (Deen) and Paul; sister Joan (Percy) as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Casmer was born and raised in Minnedosa. At the age of 16, Dad joined the Army and served with the XII Manitoba Dragoons during the Second World War. In 1987, he retired from Canadian Pacific Railway after 41 years of service. Before going to a nursing home, he was a member of No. 2 Royal Canadian Legion where he enjoyed many hours "Shooting the Breeze" with his friends. In compliance with Casmers wishes, a private family service has been held. We would like to thank all the staff of T7 and T3 of Deer Lodge Centre for the loving and attentive care they had given Dad over the nine long years he battled Alzheimers. In lieu of flowers, donations in Casmers memory may be made to the Deer Lodge Foundation, 2109 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3J 0L3. WOJCIKS ALL BELIEFS & FAITHS FUNERAL CHAPEL & CREMATORIUM 897 - 4665
