HELENE (PALEHITSKI) ROMANO (DEMARCKE) On Friday, November 5, 2004, Helene Romano passed away at the Victoria General Hospital. Helene is survived by her sons Hector and Willie (Wilma) and her daughter Helene (Ed) grandchildren, Sharon, Philip (Patti), Walter (Sue), Wendy (Gerry), and grandchildren, Mario, Lynn, Louise and Elias, as well as her sister, Lillian Blahnik, and sisters/brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her first husband, William Palehitski, and her second husband, William Romano. The family would like to express their special thanks to the staff and careworkers at the Fort Garry Care Centre. A funeral service celebrating Helenes life will be held on Tuesday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. (viewing at 1:30 p.m.) will be held at Green Acres Funeral Chapel with interment to follow at Green Acres Cemetery.
