MANFRED G. AUGUSTIN Fred passed away peacefully on October 27, 2004 at Health Sciences Centre. He was 60 years old. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 26 years, Connie; their two children, Cornelia and Jerry; his brothers, Karl from Edmonton and Ernst (Heidi) from Germany; nieces and nephews, Karl (Bev), son Karl, Edmonton; Eric (Marcia), children Jordan, Madison, Edmonton; Karin (Jorg), daughter Jana, Germany; Charlene (Kelly), son Darby; Brandon; Chris, children Nevaeh and Caitlyn, Washington. He also leaves behind aunts, uncles and cousins in Germany and in-laws in Brandon. He was predeceased by his mother Maria in 1980 and his father Karl in 1996 both of Germany. Fred loved the outdoors and could often be found camping and fishing or just manning the barbecue on nice days. He instilled a great love and respect for nature in both of his children and the family has many happy memories of being in the outdoors together. Cremation and a graveside service in his honour have taken place in Brandon, MB.
