ERIC F. DAHLE On Saturday, November 13, 2004, at the St. Boniface Hospital, our father Eric, born March 11, 1920 sadly passed away. He will be deeply missed by those left to cherish his memory, son Tom (Liz) grandson Jason (Megan) great-granddaughters, Sydney and Reese; step-granddaughter Hayley; son Frank (Brenda) granddaughters, Cara and Lainie; granddaughter Laura; grandson Eric (Dayna) great-grandson Joshua; step-granddaughter Lynda Owens; step-great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Rachel, Andrew, Tanner, Trevor, Sabrina and Antonio; step-grandson-in-law Gordon Stock; brother Roland of Germany; cousin Frank Schlosar of Calgary; longtime friend Karl Janicker of Kelowna, BC; as well as friends, Grace and Don Gulewich of Stonewall, MB. Eric was predeceased by his loving wife Valerie and son Loui. Eric was employed by Scott National until his retirement in 1985. Prior to his retirement and during, Eric and Valerie were active in thoroughbred horse racing at Assiniboia Downs. This involvement lasted better than 20 years until illness forced them to retire from the sport they both loved and enjoyed. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. We love you pop and will miss you. In compliance with Erics wishes, no formal service will be held. Our family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the St. Boniface Hospital for their care and concern for Eric. Flowers are gratefully declined.
