Predeceased by her parents Sylvia Mabel (Browne) Fox and Clifford Hudson Fox; twin brother Douglas Charles Fox; sister Elizabeth Agnes Fox; and husband Robert Russell Mundle. Survived by her daughter Mary Elizabeth Anne Mundle. Doris was born in Owen Sound, ON. She attended the Church of Christ Disciples, Owen Sound, and was married from that church. She taught in rural Grey and Bruce Counties, Montreal, Winnipeg, and completed her teaching career at Dufferin School, Owen Sound. She contributed services to communities in which she lived, as a member of various boards and committees, including Girls Work Board, YMCA and Windsor Park United Church, Winnipeg, and Division Street United Church UCW, Owen Sound, Retired Woman Teachers of Ontario and IODE (life member). Dorie, adventurer, nature lover and as a loyal friend, is fondly remembered for her Irish laughter, indomitable spirit and Good Samaritan deeds. A private funeral and interment has been held. A service of thankfulness is to follow.
