Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNELLIE CAROLINE PATTIMORE February 27, 1915 - November 10, 2004 Carolle peacefully went to be with her Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ on November 10, 2004 from her home near Stratton, Ontario where she had resided with her daughter, Joyce for the past six years. Carolle will be fondly remembered for her wit and wisdom, her baking, sewing and knitting as she cared for her family. Carolle was born near Baldur, Manitoba to George and Mable Playfair, where she grew up on the family farm. She was united in marriage to Leonard John Pattimore on October 11, 1940. They resided in Winnipeg and raised their family there. In 1982, after Leonards passing, Carolle moved to Killarney, Manitoba to be near her sister, Katie McGill. In 1987, she moved to Osoyoos, B.C. and lived with her eldest daughter, Lois Mohninger. In 1998, she came to Stratton, Ontario to live with her daughter, Joyce Georgeson. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter, Joyce and Floyd Georgeson of Stratton, Ontario, her son, Grant and Nettie Pattimore of Melville, Saskatchewan, her son-in-law, Paul and Barb Mohninger of Osoyoos, B.C, her 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and her special care-givers Tami Forbes and Carol McClain. Carolle was predeceased by her husband Leonard in 1982, her daughter Lois in 1999, her sisters, Katie McGill and Beth Webber, her brother Hugh Playfair, sister-in-law, Irene Playfair, her daughter-in-law, Elvena Pattimore and her parents, George and Mable Playfair. Funeral service will be held at The Bridge Church on the Perimeter Hwy West, between Roblin Blvd. and Portage Avenue, on Monday, November 15, 2004 at 2:00 pm with viewing at 1:00 p.m.. Interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Carolles grandsons Ernest Georgeson, Jeff Georgeson, her granddaughters, Rebecca Georgeson, Carolyn Thorpe and her nephews Glenn McGill, and Ron Friesen.
