Date of Passing: Nov 15, 2004
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSEMARY THERESA WALL March 28, 1943 - November 15, 2004 It is with profound sadness that we announce the very sudden and untimely passing of our dear sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Rosemary Theresa Wall. May she rest, free from pain, knowing that she was surrounded by those whom she loved and those who loved her. Left to cherish her memory are her sister Elaine and husband Wayne; her very special nieces, Alison and Melanie; her longtime devoted companion Ved; cousins and many friends from as far away as India. Rosemary was predeceased by her parents, Ernie and Linda Wall. In her younger days, Rosemary had a passion for music and became one of Ted Komars finest accordion players. She was also a huge fan of Perry Como! She loved to read, knit, crochet and especially cook, and was able to master her moms special birthday dinners of "Zelli and Kneddles". Upon graduating, she entered the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Physiotherapy until several back injuries prevented her from continuing in her profession. Still extremely dedicated to the medical field, she was employed in the Medical Records Department at Health Sciences Centre until her retirement in December of 2000. Her love for her dog Brandy was indescribable and she devoted all her time and energy in caring for him. He will take the final journey with her as he would be lost without her. Rosemary considered her nieces and her vast network of friends her greatest treasure. They will certainly miss her daily phone calls. She was a caring lady with a heart of gold. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Winnipeg Fire Department, paramedics and ambulance services for their quick response, the Emergency Room staff at Seven Oaks Hospital and to Dr. Berrington and the Emergency Room staff at Health Sciences Centre. A very special thank you to Carol (GA5) whose care and compassion was greatly appreciated. At Rosemarys request, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. A private family service will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3.
