HARRY C. ELSON Peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, 2004. Harry passed away at the Grace Hospital at the age of 80. He was predeceased by his two brothers. Harrys memory will be forever cherished by his loving wife Midge of 60 years. Children, Mike (Barb) Ron (Karen), granddaughters Jo-Anne and Sarah. A well as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Dad served overseas in England during the Second World War with RCAF. He re-enlisted with the RCHA and served in Germany, Cyprus, Korea and various Bases in Canada. Retiring in 1971 - when he then was employed with Russell Foods for Ten years. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 23 at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. The family would like to thank Dr. Ritchie and the nurses and staff of Four South at the Grace Hospital for their loving care, compassion and support to the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7 or Alzheimer Society of Winnipeg, Unit 10 - 120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
