Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPOLLY WESTMAN Peacefully on Sunday, November 21, 2004, Polly Westman passed away at the Bethania Personal Care Home at the age of 87 years. She will be sadly missed by her three daughters: Mickey (Larry) Kuprowski, Lesley Harrison and Verna (Laurie) Holgate; grandchildren: Neil (Cheryl) Kuprowski, Kristine Kuprowski, Roberta (Richard) Pilling, Brenda Harrison, Kathy (Randy) Schuler, Sheri (Greg) Bobrowich and Kimberly Holgate; great-grandchildren: Chelsie, Jordan, Caitlyn, Randy, Robyn, Lyla, Jake, Kyle, Joseph, Evan; niece June (Ed) Tipping, other relatives and friends. Polly was predeceased by her loving husband Vern; her parents Marie and William Fedirchyk, two brothers John and Michael, son-in-law Bob and niece Michele Kopansky. Polly was born May 2, 1917 in Elmwood and resided all of her life in the Elmwood area. She worked many years for Canada Post and with the Postal Credit Union. Her favourite retreat was her cottage in Redditt, Ontario, where she enjoyed spending time with her family. Polly was a loving, devoted mother and Baba and enjoyed many hours surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Polly, through her generosity, sense of humour and friendship touched many lives during her lifetime. The family wishes to thank the staff at Bethania Personal Care Home for their compassionate and loving care. According to Pollys wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held. Family and friends are invited to a reception in honor of Polly at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. on Saturday, December 11 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Pollys memory to the Bethania Personal Care Home or to the Winnipeg Humane Society.
