MARGARET ELEANOR McLEOD (nee FLOCK) Suddenly on November 26, 2004, Margaret passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 78 years. Margaret is survived by her daughters, Wendy (Ken) Shepherd, Judy (Rick ) Werner, Kerry Kohut, Janice (Gordon) McBean, Bonnie (Patrick) Mandzie; eight grandchildren, Robyn, Melanie, Christine, Delia, Jenni, Ty, Kevin, Colleen; five great-grandchildren; sister Betty (Len) Doyle; sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Angus Graham McLeod in 1991; son-in-law Garry Kohut; siblings, Gene, Martha, Bill and Gary. Margaret was born on March 23, 1926 in Winnipeg. She married Graham in 1948 and they raised their children on Monreith Street. After Grahams retirement they moved to Gimli and spent many memorable years there. For the last five years, Margaret was an active resident at Luther Home. The family would like to thank the staff at Luther Home and Seven Oaks Hospital Emergency Ward for their compassionate care of our mother. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 1 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Margarets memory to the Osteoporosis Society of Canada (Manitoba Chapter) 772-3498 or to Luther Home.
