GERTRUDE "TRUDY" CARSON January 19, 1916 - November 27, 2004 It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, at the age of 88. Mom will lovingly be remembered by her daughters, Carol Toyne, Beth Allaire (Roger), Pat Crackston (Barry), June Shave, and son, Bob (Eileen), who lives in England. Trudy was predeceased by her husband, Bee in November 1983. She is also survived by her sister, Dolores Peluk (Eddie). Trudy, a registered nurse, spent her nursing years at St. Boniface Hospital. She was a member of the Womens Auxiliary, Norwood Legion. She was a very quiet lady, but loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren, Russell, Rob, Ryan, Cary, Darren, Marnie, Colin, Darryl, Julie and Brian. It is sad, because of her failing health, she didnt get to know, and enjoy, her great-grandchildren, Matt, Carys, Logan, Carson and Devyn. "Life for all of us will continue, but it can never be the same". The family wishes to thank the staff, especially Dr. Tomy, for their caring efforts during moms short stay. A celebration of Trudys life will be held on Wednesday, December 1, at 11:00 a.m. in the Edward J. Coutu Funeral Chapel, 680 Archibald St. Flowers are gratefully declined.
