Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJULIA AMORIM PEREIRA Peacefully on November 25, 2004, Julia passed away at the Health Sciences Centre at the age of 45 years. Julia is survived by her loving husband Tony; son David and daughter Nancy; grandson Ethan; mother Julia Goncalves Vieira; sister Isabel (Manuel) brothers, Carlos Manuel (Fatima) and Osorio (Carol) nephews, Alex, Victor (Sandy) and Joshua; niece Cassandra; great-nieces, Caroline and Kaitlynne; uncle Jose (Maria) Vieira; aunt Helena Vieira and numerous cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her father Manuel Rodrigues Amorim on October 24, 1986. Prayers will be said on Tuesday, November 30 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 1 at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street N. with Rev. Fr. Jose Eduardo Medeiros as celebrant. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044

I was David's high school girlfriend and was at their home many times where I got to know Mrs. Pereira. I found out 5 months after her passing that she had gone because I wasn't in close contact anymore with the family. It broke my heart when David told me what happened because I remember the closeness he had with his mother and he has and always will be very important to me.
