ANNIE CATHERINE JAMES (nee WILSON) It is with great sadness that the family of Annie Catherine James (nee Wilson) wish to announce her departure from earth and with joy her entry into heaven on November 27, 2004. She was born on February 10, 1924 in Winnipeg. She trained as a teacher and taught in several Winnipeg area schools. She married Earl Arthur James on November 11, 1949 in Winnipeg. Together they raised two daughters, Margaret (born in 1951) and Shelley (born in 1956) in North Kildonan. She is survived by her daughter Margaret and son-in-law Eric Calrow, in Winnipeg and her daughter Shelley and son-in-law Ed Huebert, in Whitehorse, Yukon; five grandchildren, Cathleen Calrow of Fargo, ND, Eric Andrew Calrow of Winnipeg, Shannon Huebert of Whitehorse, Yukon, Gregory Calrow of Winnipeg and Shae Huebert of Whitehorse, Yukon. She was predeceased by her husband Earl James on June 1, 1993; her parents, Robert Wilson on September 18, 1968 and Annie Wilson on April 4, 1974 and her sister, Irene Hendricks on June 19, 1966. Funeral services will be held from Thomson Funeral Home, 669 Broadway on Wednesday, December 1 at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. H.H. Barber officiating. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery.
