BILL RIGGS Suddenly, after a brief illness, Bill Riggs of Winnipeg, aged 61 years, passed away on November 26, 2004. Bill leaves to mourn his passing, his beloved wife Jean; daughter Melanie; brother-in-law Roy; stepbrother Jim; stepsisters, Joyce and Linda; aunts; cousins; nieces and nephews; along with many friends. Bill was an owner-operator for Reimer Express Lines since 1976. He thoroughly loved his job. He said he was a paid tourist. Bill was always eager and willing to listen and help others. A special thank you to the doctors and nurses at St. Boniface General Hospital.
