DOROTHY LARAMEE (nee TARDIFF) Saturday, December 4, 2004 after a courageous battle with cancer, our beloved Dorothy went home to be with our Lord. She will be sadly missed by her brothers, Dollard and Wilf (Sue) her sisters, Lorraine Heckert, Cecile Champagne (Adrian) and Agnes Benoit (Ed) as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Dorothy was born November 2, 1930 in Mariapolis, MB. She married Leon Laramee of St. Eustache in 1950. Shortly after their marriage, they moved to British Columbia. On their retirement, Dot and Leon enjoyed many years touring the United States and Canada in their motor home. After being diagnosed with cancer in 2001, Dot returned to Winnipeg to be near family and friends. During these three years, Dot embraced life and lived it to the fullest. She died as she lived, with dignity and courage. Memorial service to be held in St. Eustache, MB at at later date. Flowers are gratefully declined.
