Peacefully at Hill House Hospice, Richmond Hill, ON surrounded by his family on Friday, December 3, 2004. Born November 29, 1917 in Lorette, MB. Son of the late Blanche (Peltier) and Victor Trudeau. Husband for 59 loving years to the late Evelyne (Gaudreau). Loving father to Alice, Marie (Norman), Jules Jr., Wilfrid (Lori), Maurice (Mary), Denis, Denise (Jon) and Judy (Jim). Dear grandfather of Kathy (John), Michael, Patrick, Annette, Dawna (Zaid), Scott and Andre, Marc and Monique, Jessica, James, Brittany and Brooke, Matthew, Amie, Emma and Jenna, Justin, Robbie and Daniel. Great-grandfather of John, Richard, Jamie, Jordan and Juliette. Brother to 13 siblings, Ubald, Alice, Leopold, Olier, Eli, Dora, Oscar, Marc, Bertha, Emma, Lucien, Wilfred and Fernande. He will be missed by many loving brothers and sisters-in-law and very dear nieces and nephews that had a very special place in his heart. Friends will be received at the Thompson Funeral Home, 29 Victoria St., Aurora, ON, (905) 727-5421 on Monday, December 6 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. A funeral mass will take place on Tuesday at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Aurora at 10:00 a.m. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, Thornhill, ON. A special thanks to Dr. Hirtefeld and Linda, Anne, Robert, Hermina and all the angels at Hill House Hospice. In Jules memory, donations to the Hill House Hospice would be appreciated.
