STANLEY POWELL On Monday, December 6, 2004 at the Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg, MB Stanley Powell beloved husband of the late Frances Marie Powell of Powerview, MB passed away peacefully. It has been just over a year since he lost his loving wife of 59 years, Frances Marie who he met while they were serving in the Armed Forces. He is survived by his children, Alice (Dominique), Mary Jane, Donald (Yvonne), Jim (Karen), Adelaide (Tunde) and by a brother George and his sister Anne; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces. He will be missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will be on Sunday, December 12 at 1:00 p.m. from Russell Funeral Home, Beausejour, MB with Rev. Canon J.W. Whitford officiating.
