ANNA LANOIE (nee COTE) The Lanoie family is sad to announce the passing of our dear mother Mrs. Anna Lanoie (nee Cote) peacefully on Monday, December 13,2004 at St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 93. Mom is survived by daughters, Cecile (Charles) Berard from Winnipeg, Anita (Larry) Miller from Arizona; son Edmond (Beverly) Lanoie from Kenora, and Denis (Joan) from Mitchell, MB. She will be especially missed by grandchildren, Guy, Marcel, Kim, Jeff, Lisa and Wendy; and by five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Mom is survived by one sister Antoinette Hogan; two sisters-in-law, Madeleine Cote and Yvonne Lanoix; and one brother-in-law Norman Seigrist. She was predeceased by her husband Fortunat; her parents Exzilda and Damas; and her brothers, Joseph, Henri, Edward and Rene; also by sisters, Rose, Henriette and Maria. Mother was born in Dunrea, and then moved to St. Norbert and then to Chez Nous in St. Boniface. Mother enjoyed playing cards and bingo. Mom was in very good health until the end. Cremation has already taken place. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 17 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Boniface Cathedral. Service will end at the church.
