LEATHER With great sadness we announce the passing of David Vincent Leather, beloved husband of Yvonne Boisjoli-Leather, on Monday, December 13, 2004. Born in England on May 14, 1929, David moved to Winnipeg in 1964. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Yvonne; sons, Daryl (Judy) Leather and David Leather Jr.; two grandsons; stepsons, Ray (Cheryl) Bacala, Lauren (Kari) Bacala; granddaughter Breanna Bacala. He was a member of St. Vital Legion No. 16 for many years, where he enjoyed playing darts, snooker and shuffleboard. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, his love of music and dancing and his pastime of crafts and leather work. A celebration of David's life will be held on Saturday, December 18 at 10:00 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. No. 1 E. at Navin Road. Urn placement will follow in the Matthew-Mark Columbarium, Green Acres Cemetery.
