OLIVE KAYE (nee KIEDYK) Born October 5, 1924 and peacefully passed away December 8, 2004 at the age of 80 years. She is survived by her daughter Alice (Clarence) Holigroski and their children, Christopher and Meredith Holigroski; her son Bob Kaye; her sisters, Emilie, Jeanette (Ed) White; and her brothers, Michael (Betty) Kiedyk and Bill Kiedyk. She was predeceased by her husband in 2002 and her sisters, Annie, Mary and Pauline. Olive grew up in Fisher Branch, attended Teachers College, taught school for 10 years in St. Andrews and Isbister School in Winnipeg. After raising her children, Olive worked at Sears, Polo Park, loved every moment of it, retiring at the age of 77 to care for her ailing husband. Special gratitude and thanks to Michael and Betty Kiedyk for their constant care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. At Olive's request, there will be no memorial service.
