DOROTHY IDA HYDE (nee SPEARING) Peacefully on December 18, 2004, Dorothy Hyde passed away at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 82. She is survived by her son John (Lyn); grandchildren, Tony and Candace; sister Ruth Brown (Ken); brother Frank Spearing (Dorothy); also extended family. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband Gary on February 11, 1968; brothers, Chuck, Tom and Edward. The family would like to thank the staff at the Concordia Place Personal Care Centre 4th floor for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held Wednesday, December 22 at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
