Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • Easily the most memorable teacher I have ever had. He was my 7th grade homeroom teacher and it was one of the happiest memories I have of school. Mr. Luschak challenged us as students, made learning fun and mixed the perfect amount of humor and discipline to help create balanced individuals as we matured. 26 years later and I still hold your memory dear. I am also thankful I got to say farewell one last time. Thank you for everything Mr. Luschak, thank you so very much. - Posted by: Mark Maligec (Student) on: Jun 27, 2019

  • I was a student of mr. Luschac in 1983 at Elwick. To this day i can recall his passion and Ferver and voraciousness for history . His representation of the colonization of this country left me spellbound and made me question exactly what our textbooks are teaching us. I recall awards day, where there was a question and answer period where each student would have a chance to answer a true or false question . If you chose correct then you would be given haw flakes as a reward! I still eat these today! - Posted by: Kelly Castle (Student) on: Feb 14, 2016
