DIANA MARIE HAYES On Sunday, December 19, 2004, Diana Dee Dee Hayes passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 33 years. Dee Dee is survived her daughter Edessa; her mother Linda (Art Shaw); father James (Wendy); Edessa's father Andre; Andre's children, Kelsey and Tyler; grandmother Nana Hayes; grandfather Papa Fadden; aunts, Jo Jo, Lori (Logan) and Patsy (Jim); uncles, Gary, Barry (Wendy), Glen (Tania), Larry and Alan (Jeanette); great-aunt Pat and Alana; and numerous cousins. Also left to mourn is special friend Jorge and his children, Melissa and Jessie. She was predeceased by her grandmother Nanny Fadden and grandfather James Hayes and auntie Bubbles. Diana was a beautiful woman but very humble. Her inner beauty radiated, embracing all who came into her life. Dee cherished her daughter and called her little dessie. She was Dee's pride and joy, they were two peas in a pod. They loved to laugh and play, staying up late to watch a movie. Diana had many numerous friends. We will all sorely miss her. The family would like to thank the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for all their care. Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 22 from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Celebration of life will be held on Thursday, December 23 at 2:00 p.m., also at the chapel. Interment will follow in Brookside at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Diana's memory to a fund set up for Edessa Gingras at Cambrian Credit Union, in care of Mary Ann Rudnyk, Rossmere Branch.
