MAY MARTHA HAVARD (BLUE) Peacefully on Tuesday, December 21, 2004 at the Eriksdale Personal Care Home, May went on to a better life. May was born in the Scotch Bay area on June 16, 1922 and lived most of her life in the Eriksdale area. May married James Havard on October 2, 1943 and together raised five children. She loved to garden, baking, and was always willing to give anyone who needed it, a helping hand. She will be sadly missed by her sons, Robert and wife Connie, from The Pas, Allen and wife Elda, from Winnipeg, daughter Lorna from Winnipeg, daughter Doreen and husband Boyd from Eriksdale, and daughter Heather from Eriksdale. She also leaves to mourn one sister Winnie (Charles), and three brothers, Stanley, Arnold (Dorothy), Robert (Phyllis) and one brother-in-law Bob Phillips. She was Grandma to Michael (Carrie), Jason, Jamie (Maureen), Lori (Greg), Michelle (Tim), Troy, Jasmin (Bob), Kelly Joe and Aaron. Great-Grandma to Ryan, Jaryd, Janessa, Davis, and Mackenzie as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves special friend Gail Holmes. She was predeceased by her husband Jim in 1991; parents Margaret and Malcolm Blue; three brothers, Malcolm, Sandy and Wilbert; two sisters, Margaret and Ellie; one sister-in-law Fredia Blue; son-in-law Raymond Richaud. Heartfelt thanks to the girls who took extra special care of Mom, no names necessary, you know who you are. Should friends, so desire, donations, may be made in May's memory to the E.M.
