Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNETTE MOSUK BLOUNT Annette Mosuk Blount passed away December 19, 2004 in Jacksonville, Florida. Born July 21, 1924 in Winnipeg, Canada. Annette is survived by her husband of 60 years, James E. Blount, son Jerry W. Blount (Charlene) of Jacksonville, granddaughters Valerie R. Blount of Tampa, and Cheryl L. Blount of San Diego, California, grandson Jered S. Blount of Jacksonville, nieces Gail Holmes and Kimmy Chalka and brother Michael Mosuk of Winnipeg, Canada. Jim and Annette spent their 60 years together living in Japan, Germany, and Canada and travelling the world. A private memorial service will be held on the Blount's St. Johns River dock at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Salvation Army.
